Happy Feet Dance Studio established in 1996 originally in Mansfield and relocated to Mansfield Woodhouse in 2012. Principle and Proprietor Joanne Wilson is a fellowship IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association) teacher with over 30 years teaching experience.
The studio is based at 5 – 9 Grove Street and offers a vast timetable of classes in many styles, classes are evening 4 – 8pm Monday to Fridays and 9am – 4pm Saturdays. Pupils train for IDTA exams with recognised school status by the CDET (Council for Dance Education Training) in classical ballet, tap, modern jazz, theatre craft, gymnastic dance, freestyle disco, street dance, musical theatre, rock + roll, Latin, Irish, contemporary, (NEW) Latino Fit and cheerleading.
Classes for children are from 2 – 18 years and adults from beginner to advanced levels. Pupils train for exams, shows, pantomime and of course fitness + fun. We pride ourselves on maintaining a fun working environment to allow all of our children to excel from the training of our fully qualified instructors.
